said lots when taken together are more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Knoll Circle, said point being the division
line of lots 27 and 26 on said map;
RUNNING THENCE South 29 degrees 17 minutes 40 seconds West, 134.17 feet along the
division line between lots 27 and 26 to the original high water line of Spring Pond;
THENCE North 52 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West along the original high water line of
Spring Pond, 14 feet;
THENCE North 21 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds West still along the original high water line
of Spring Pond, 93 feet to the division line of lots 24 and 25;
THENCE North 30 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds East along said last mentioned division line,
127.44 feet to the southwesterly side of Knoll Circle;
THENCE southeasterly along the southwesterly side of Knoll Circle, the following two (2)
courses and distances: (1) along the arc of a curve having a radius of 50.0 feet a distance of 26.3
feet; (2) South 31 degrees 42 minutes 50 seconds East, 73.0 feet to the point or place of
