ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at Fleets Neck, Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, more particularly known and designated as and by the Lot No. Forty-One (41) and the
northerly 12.5 feet of Lot No. Forty (40) as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Property of
Ravatone Realty Corporation, Cutchogue, Suffolk County, Long Island, New York, Section No.1,
Daniel R. Young, P.E. and L.S., Riverhead, New York, dated November 12, 1930,"and filed
12-22-30 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk as and by the Map No. 539, which said
lot and part of lot, when taken together, are more particularly bounded and described as
