THIS INDENTURE, made the 15th day of July, nineteen hundred and ninety-eight
BETWEEN JEROME J. D'IMPERIO and LARK D'IMPERIO, his wife, residing at 50 Pinedale Road,
Hauppauge,New York, party of the first part, and
LEONARD WESSELL and AMY WESSELL, his wife, residing at 1604 Wagon Wheel Gap Road, Boulder,
Colorado, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second party, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
