WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, the Referee appointed in an action between Gerkow Holding Corp.
plaintiff and Church of the Open Door, Open Door Ministries, United Yokefellow Ministry, defendants, foreclosing
a mortgage recorded on the 29th day of July, 1987 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, in Liber
13146 of mortgages, at page 76, and a mortgage recorded March 14, 1988 in Liber 13904 at page 240 in the Suffolk
County Clerk's Office which mortgages were consolidated into a single lien by an instrument recorded on March
14 1988 in Liber 13904 at page 248 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in pursuance of a judgment entered at
a special term 1AS Part 32 of the Supreme Court on the 9m day of September, 1999 and in consideration of Two
Hundred Fifty Thousand and no/100 ($250,000.00) Dollars paid by the Grantee, being the highest sum bid at the
sale under said judgment does hereby grant and convey unto the Grantee,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, Town of Southold and
County of Suffolk and State of New York, being more particularly described on Schedule A hereto annexed and
incorporated herein by reference.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Grantee, Long Island Head Start Child
Development Services Corp. and assigns forever.
Whenever the text hereof requires, the singular number as used herein shall include the plural and all
