EXECUTOR DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made this 19th day of November, 2001,
BETWEEN
FRANK MAINOLFI, as executor of RAYMOND MAINOLFI who died testate a resident
of Bronx 'County, New York on May 30, 2000, Bronx Surrogate Court Appointment being
November 17, 2000, Liber 79, page 716, file # 772/P/2000, and individually, 1592 Allerton
Avenue, Bronx, New York 10469, party of the first part, and,
MARIANNE CUCOLO, 8 Amundsen Lane, Suffem, New York 10901 party of the second
part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of the execution of
the terms of the Last Will and Testament of Raymond Mainolfi, does hereby grant and
release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs or successors and assigns of the
party of the second parties forever,
ALL that certain plot or parcel of land, With the improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York being more accurately bounded and described in Schedule A attached.
See Schedule "A" annexed hereto
Said premises being the same as the premises in the Deed recorded at Liber
10419, Page 369.
Said premises known as: Unit 1B-Sea Breeze Village Condominium, North Road,
Greenport, New York.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets
and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the par~y of the first part in and to said premises; TO
HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second par~, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the par~y of the first part
c°venants that the parW of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises
have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. AND the party of the first part,
in compliance with § 13 of the Lien Law, hereby covenants that the party of the first part will receive
the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
