THENCE South 50 degrees 31 minutes 25 seconds West 1102.70 feet to the easterly
line of land now or formerly of Richard D. Zeidler, Jr. and Loren L. Zeidler;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Richard D. Zeidler, Jr. and Loren L.
Zeidler and land now or formerly of Commander, Sledzieski and Vanecek North
34 degrees 39 minutes 35 seconds West 500.04 feet to the southerly side of
North Road;
THENCE along the southeasterly side of North Road North 59 degrees 25 minutes
