testamentary were issued by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County, New York
on6/1/66 under File l1593P1966and by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last will
and testament, and/or by Article 11 of the Estates, Powers and Trusts Law, and in consideration of

It is the intention of this deed to convey the one-..half (1/2) interest held by the
Estate of Irving I. Levin. After this conveyanceA one-half (1/2) interest will be
in the grantees herein with Jody Levin having an undivided two-thirds (2/3rds)
interest and Ellen Wiederlight having an undivided one-third (1/3) interest thereof
with the other one-half (1/2) interest remaining in Jack Levin by virtue of deed

TOGETHER with ~Jl right, title and interest, i~ any, of the patay of the first part in and to any street~ and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances,

BEGINNING at an iron pipe set on the northerly line of North Road BEGINNING at an iron pipe
set on the northerly line or North Road (County Route 48) about 200 feet westerly from Chapel Lane,
being the southwesterly comer of land now or formerly of Eve Bangs and the southeasterly comer of the
premises herein described; and
