WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party o;f the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the

BEGINNING at a polar on the westerly line of Maahaset Avenue, 385.80 feet southerly
along said westerly line fi'om the sootherly line of Champlln Place, from said point of
begimfing runaing along said westerly line of Manhaset Avenue, three courses, as follows:
(1) South 34 degrees, 57 minutes, 20 seconds East, 159.40 feet to a monument; thence (2)
South 41 degrees, 00 minntes, 50 secoods East, 453.40 feet to a montnnent; thence, (3) South
60 degrees, 56 minutes, 50 seconds East, 35.90 feet; thence along laud of the St. Agues
Cemetery, South 21 degrees, 18 miautes, 10 secouds, West 800 feet, more or less, to said
ordinary high water mark of Sterliag Basio; thence northwesterly and tbea northerly along
said high water mark of Sterling Basin about 1450 feet to the point of begimfing.

BEING AND INTENDED to be the same premises couveyed to the party of the first part by
Deed dated Jaauary 10, 1979 and recorded in the Office oftbe Clerk oftbe County of Suffolk
on March 2, 1979, io Liber 8590, Page 135.
This deed is a correction deed to correct the description of premises conveyed by deed dated
February 7, 2001 and recorded iu the Suffolk Connty Clerks Office ou March 22, 2001 in
Libor 1219 Page 316 wherein the property which the Grantor purported to couvey iocluded a
small portion to which the Graotor was not in title.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets aod roads
abutting the abpve-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto:~he, party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the,p~rf~ of thee first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said 15remises have beeri encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of tho total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
