This deed is a correction deed to correct the description of premises conveyed by deed dated February 7, 2001 and recorded iu the Suffolk Connty Clerks Office ou March 22, 2001 in Libor 1219 Page 316 wherein the property which the Grantor purported to couvey iocluded a small portion to which the Graotor was not in title. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets aod roads abutting the abpve-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto:~he, party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the,p~rf~ of thee first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said 15remises have beeri encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
