Arthur A. Levine and Esaie a. Levine, both residing at Greenport, New York,
and Janet F. Schackman, residing at Riverhead, New York, as co-executors of
the last will and testament of Samuel Levine, late of Greenport, Suffolk County,

LL New York, deceased, parties of the first part, and Henry L. Quintin and
Lillian Quintin, his wife, both residing at 29-05 171st Street, Flushing, New York,
parties of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the parties of the first part, by virtue of the power and
authority given in and by said last will and testament, and in consideration of the
sum of$950.00, paid by the parties of the second part, do hereby grant and
release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs or successors and assigns
forever, all of that undivided one-half interest of which the said Samuel Levine
died seized and possessed, of, in, and to ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel
of land, situate, lying, and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the north-
erly line of Meadow Lane with the easterly line of Fiddler Lane, and from said
point of beginning running along the said easterly line of Fiddler Lane, two courses:

M1 1) north 5°09110" west, 103.42 feet; thence (2) north 15018150" east, 70 feet,
more or less, to a line of gutter and land now or formerly of Raynor;thence
easterly, along said average line of gutter and land now or formerly of Raynor,

150 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of Anglers Road; thence along said
+ westerly line of Anglers Road, two courses: 1) south 24°45'20" east, 70 feet,
+gil more or less; thence (2) south 5609110" east, 103.42 feet to said northerly line
