Quintin and Lillian Quintin, his wife, both residing at 29-05 171st Street, Flushing, New York, parties of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of the aim of$1.00, and other good and valuable consideration paid by the parties of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the parties of the second part, their heirs or successors and assigns forever,all of her undivided one- half interest of,in, and to ALL that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the north- erly line of Meadow Lane with the easterly line of Fiddler Lane, and from said I Point of beginning running thence along said easterly line of Fiddler Lane, two courses: 1) north 5°09110" west, 103.42 feet; thence (2) north 15 '18'50" east, 70 feet, more or less, to a line of gutter and land now or formerly of Raynor; thence easterly, along said average line of gutter and land now or formerly of Raynor, 150 feet, more or less, to the westerly line of Anglers Road; thence along said westerly line of anglers Road, two courses: 1) south 24"45'20" east, 70 feet, more or less; thence (2) south 5°09'10" east, 103.42 feet to said northerly Hne of Meadow Lane; thence along said northerly line, north 80°22'50" west, 206.83 feet to the point or place of beginning.
