TOGETHER WITH a right of way from the northwesterly corner of the premises northerly about 2100 feet to the Main Road over Maple Lane as the same is shown on Map of Section 1, Cleaves Point, filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office September 10, 1957, as Map No. 2752. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Brian K. Kavanagh dated November 6, 2000, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on December 18, 2000, in Liber 12091 page 124, and by deed from Brian K.
