SCHEDULE A (Description)
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Hamlet of Mattituck, Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, and State of New York, being a portion of Lot 46 as shown on a
certain map entitled, "Map of Property of Mrs. Clara W. Reeve, Mattituck, L.I. Daniel R.
Young, March 1922", which trap was filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on December 4, 1922 as Map #212, which part of said lot is more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING: at the intersection of the westerly side of Lovers Lane with the northerly
line of a private road known as Hazard Road;
RUNNING THENCE: in a generally westerly direction to, along and including a
retaining wall a distance of 112.6 feet more or less to the boundary line between Lot Nos.
6 and 7 on said map;
THENCE: in a generally northerly direction along and including a retaining wall a
distance of 90 feet;
THENCE: running in a generally easterly direction and parallel with the first above
