as executor of the F. mte of C. hristine T. Giecke] who died on May 26, 2004 pursuant to
thc last will and testament of Cluisline T. Gieckel, late of 3445 Pinc Neck Road,
Southold, NY 11971 party of the first part, and
Matthew Taylor Weaner, residing at .637 Garden Street, Apt. 5, Hoboken, NJ 07030 and
James Scott Taylor, residing at 17946 Stonebrook Court, Northvillc, Michigan 48167, as
trustee under the last will and testament of Christine T. Gieckel, for thc benefit of
Meredith Wemer as tenants in common with an equal interest, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the party of the lust part, by virtue of the power of authority given
in and by said last will and testament* and in consideration of Zero dollars, paid by the
party of the second pan, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the pa~ of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and.being as follbws:
