295.20 feet;
THENCE South 50 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds West,a distan'ce of ~86.86 feet;
THENCE North 10 degrees 07 minutes 20 seconds West, a distance of 298.46 feet;
THENCE North 50 degrees 52 minutes 10 seconds West, 180.00 feet to the point
or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETttER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streots and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER wieth the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
