Van Duzer; thence northerly along said easterly line of Oaklawn Avenue 100 feet to the point of BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest of the party of the first pan in and to Oaklawn Avenue in front of and adjacent to said premises. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Harry G. THIS DEED IS MADE TO CORRECT THE TRANSFER OF A ONE-THIRD (I/3) UNDIVIDED INTEREST TO BARBARA NEER BY DEED DATED DECEMBER 5, 2002 RECORDED IN THE' OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE COUNTY OF SUFFOLK ON DECEMBER 11, 2002 IN LIBER 12224 PAGE 579 WHICH TRANSFER WAS MADE TO BARBARA NEER IN ERROR AND IS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGED AS SUCH BY ALL THE PARTIES. THE GRANTOR HEREIN RESERVES A LEGAL LIFE ESTATE IN THE PREMISES for thc term of thc Grantor's life. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, ifany, of the party of the first pm in and to any streets and marls abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
