the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 6/27/90 as Map Number 8966, said l.ot being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Cedarfields Drive where same is intersected by
the division line of Lots I 7 and I ii on the above mentioned Map;
RUNNING TliE_NCE along the westerly side of Cedarfields Drive, along an arc ora curve,
hearing to the right having a radius of 281.17 feet a distance along said curve of 145.50 feet to the
division line of Lots 19 and 18 on the above mentioned Map;
THENCE along said division line. North 46 degrees 21 minutes 50 seconds West, 274.58 feet;
THENCE South 76 degrees 31 minute~ $0 seconds Ensl, 277.82 fcet to the westerly side of

that the party ofthe first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose ofpaying the
cost of the improve-meat and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost oflh~
