SAID premises being known as 9 Middleton Road, Orecnport, New York BEING and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated February 6, 1975 and recorded on July 9, 1975 in thc Office of the Clerk ofthe County of Suffolk in Liher 7870 page 209. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. ortho party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting thc above deserihed premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and tighta ofthe party of the first pa~t in and to said premises.
