This Department has received a complete application
regarding the above for permission to install swimming
pool in the southerly side area rather than in the
rearyard, at premises known as 6625 Vanston Road, Nas-
sau Point, Cutchogue, New York.
Pursuant to Section 617.4(c), your comments and recom-
mendations on this action are requested as early as possible.
A public hearing on the subject application has been tenta-
tively scheduled for May 1, 1980. We shall interpret a
lack of response by that date to mean there is no objection
by your agency.

This date you filed an appeal application on behalf of
Stephen Eggers. Could you please stop by this office at
your earliest convenience in order to specify in the applica-
tion what type of variance you are requesting; i.e. construc-
tion of swimming pool in the sideyard area. It will have to
be noted on the application in our file.
Also, we are returning herewith your Application for a
Building'Permit inasmuch as this was not required to be
filed with the appeal application. You would be able to
proceed with your application for a building permit if the
variance is approved.

INSTRUCTIONS
a. This apPlication must be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitt6d in triplicate to the Building
Inspector, with 3 sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale. Fee accbrding to schedule.
b. Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises, relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and giving a detailed description of layout ofproperty must be drown on the diagram which is part of this application.
c. The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d. Upon approval of this application, the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e. No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose whatever until a Certificate of Occupancy
shall have been granted by the Building Inspector.
APPLICATION IS HEREBY MADE to the Building Department for the issuance of a Building Permit pursuant to the
Building Zone Ordinance of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, and other applicable Laws, Ordinances or
Regulations, for the construction of buildings, additions or alterations, or for removal or demolition, as herein described.
The applicant agrees to comply with all applicable laws, ordinances, building code, housing cede, and regulations, and to
