bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of
Cedarfields Drive, distant 288.91 feet southerly from
the extreme southerly end of the arc of a curve
connecting the southerly side of Bennett Road and the
easterly side of Cedar~ields Drive;
RUNNING THENCE North 73 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds
East 268 feet;
THENCE South 16 degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds East 75
feet;
T~IENCE North 73 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds West 268
feet to the easterly side of cedarfields Drive;
TBENCE along the easterly side of Cedarfielda Drive,
ND.rrb 16 degrees 01 m/nutee 50 seconds West 75 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
B]~ING AND INTENDED TO BE the same pre~LLses conveyed to
Grantors by Deed dated JUNE 28, 1991, and 're6orded in
the Suffolk County Clerk's office June 24, 1991 in
Liber 11304, page 329.
Together with all right, title and interest., if
any, of the party of the first part in and to any
sit, rests and roads abutting the above described premises
to the center lines thereof;
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate
and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises;

party of the first part has not done or suffered

Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
t.he first part will receive the consideration for this
conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for
the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the sam~ first to the. payment of the cost of

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read
"parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
