BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first pan by deed from Richard A. Mazguiski and Joanne L. Mazgulski, dated November 21, 1996, and recorded December 3, 1996, in the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 11804, Page 404.
