South 72 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds West, 146.06 feet to the easterly side of Middlcton Road, to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first pan by deed from Chester Konarski, dated 9/23/02, and recorded 1018102, in the Office of the Suffolk C~t~nty Clerk in Liber 12213, Page 616.
