1968 as Map No. 5187.
Being the same said premises known as 95 Long Creek Drive, Southold,
New York, a/k/a 95 Tuthill Road, Southold, New York 11971 as Suffolk
County Tax Map Number District:1000, Section:55, Block:3, Lot:22.
Together with an easement of right-o~way for all legal purposes
over the adjooining streets to the nearest public highway? However,
the Grantor of said easement and or right-o~way has reservved the
fee to said streets for the purposes of dedicating the same to
proper municipality.
B~ing and intending to be the same premises conveyed to the grantors
herein by deeds recorded on 5/30/01 tn Liber D00012121 on Page 052.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, ot the part) of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unt,~ the part;, of the second part: the heirs or successors and assigns of lhe part} of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereb)
the said premi.~'s have been encumbered in arty way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first
part will receive the consideration for this {;onveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" *hall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
