THIS INDENTURE, made the 26th day of October, nineteen hundred and ninety-eight
BETWEEN

party of the first part, and
JUDITH P. HAMM, residing at (No#) Tuczynski Road, Schodack Landing, New York 12156
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ONE-
HALF OF HIS UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Southold, in
the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as
follows:-
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Long Creek Drive
with the westerly side of Laurel Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE South 75 degrees 56 minutes 00 seconds West along the northerly side of
Long Creek Drive, 100 feet to land now or formerly of William H. and Helen Price, being the
easterly boundary line of Lot 14, on Map of Yennecott Park filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office as Map No. 5187;
THENCE North 14 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds West along said last mentioned land, 215 feet
to the ordinary high water mark of Long Creek;
THENCE easterly along said ordinary high water mark of Long Creek to the westerly side of
Laurel Avenue;
THENCE South 14 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds East along the westerly side of Laurel
Avenue, 200 feet to the corner, the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated November 29, 1973, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on November
30, 1973, in Liber 7542 page 204.
