State of New York, being known and designated as the Condominium

"Pheasant Run Estates Condominium", dated 1/20/95. recorded 9/5/95
in Liber 11720 Page 628, as amended, made by the grantor pursuant
to article 9-B of the Real Property Law of the State of New York
establishing of law for Condominium Ownership . This Unit is
