' ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, shown and designated as a portion of Lot No. 30 on a :ertain map entitled, "Map of Yennecott Park situate at Southold, Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York", and surveyed by Van Tuyl and Son, Greenport, New York, May I, 1968 and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the 9~h day of October, 1968 as Map No. 5187 said portion of said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of Yennecott Drive, 1144.21 feet westerly of the intersection with Laurel Avenue, being also the point where the dividing line between Lot No. 31 and Lot No. 30 intersects the northerly side of Yennecott Drive and from that point; RUNNING THENCE still along the northerly side of Yennecott Drive, the following two courses and distances: South 83 degrees 42minutes 00 seconds West 66.83 feet and South 74 degrees 30minutes 00 seconds West 58.90 feet to Lot No.29; RUNNING THENCE North 5 degrees 00 minutes 50 seconds West 275.03 feet; RUNNING THENCE North 85 degrees 01 minute 20 seconds East 118.50 feet to Lot No.31; RUNNING THENCE South 6 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East 262.77 feet to the BEGINNING POINT. Being the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated May 3, 1984 and recorded on May 16, 1984 in Liber 9563, page 380 in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk. THIS DEED IS A CONFIRMATION AND CORRECTION DEED TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN THE INTEREST OF THE CONVEYANCE OF A DEED DATED MAY 29, [987 AND RECORDED JUNE 16, 1987 IN LIBER 10342, PAGE 161. SAID CONVEYANCE WAS FOR A FULL, COMPLETE 100% INTEREST IN THE PREMISES AND THAT THE CONSIDERATION PA1D BY THE PARTY OF THE SECOND PART WAS FOR SAID FULL COMPLETE 100% INTEREST.
