shown on "Map of Mooresland, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on 12/22/94 as Map No. 257 and being known as
Pheasant Run Estates, Condominium II" and filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 13, 1996, as Map No. 257A.
The Grantor herein is the same entity as the Grantee in deed dated
6/30/93,. recorded 8/20/93 in Liber 11640, Page 929.
This conveyance is made in the regular course of business conducted by
the party of the first part.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. ot the part.', of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the esSate,and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premis~; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
