Van Tuyl, C.E., dated on or about December 8', 1927"and ri~)w on file in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County, and described on said Map as Lot Number Forty-three (43), and bounded and described as follows: Northerly by Wilmanh Avenue 50 feet; Easterly by Lot #44 as shown on said Map 120 feet; Southerly by Lot//48 as shown on said Map 50 feet; and Westerly by Lot//42 as shown on said Map 120 feet. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first pan by deed dated March 23, 1963, and recorded on March 29, 1963 in the Off.acc of the Suffolk County Clerk in Liber 5326, Page 407. RESERVING, HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above-described premisas with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, in and to the party of the first pan.
