Northerly by Lot No. 7, Easterly by Lot No. 22, Southerly by Washington Avenue and Westerly
by Lot No. 19.
BEING,4ND INTENDED TO BE thc same premises conveyed to the party of thc first part
by FRED W. DECKER, deed dated March 16"', 1956 and recorded Marsh 21a, 1956 in Liber
4086, Page 293 and Page 294 and this conveyance is subject to covenants and conditions
restrictions in said deed contained or of record.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to uny
streets and roads aborting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all tbs estate and rights of the party of'the first pan
in and to said premises,
