and 21, said Map being filed in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on December 29~a, 1927
as Map No. 65 I, said Lots taken together being bounded with reference to said Map as follows:
Northerly by Lot No. 7, Easterly by Lot No. 22, Southerly by Washington Avenue and Weslerly
by LOt No. 19.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same pr~mises conveyed to thc IX~ty of the first part
by FRED W. BECKER. deed dated March 16e, 1956 and recorded March 21". 1956 in Liber
4086. Page 293 and Page 294 and this conveyance is subject to covenants and conditions

The word "party" shall be construed ns if it rend "parties" whenever the sense of this
indenture so requires.
