the extreme end of an arc of a curve connecting the easterly side of Middletown Road Ext.
with the southerly side of Washington Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along said southerly line of Washington Avenue, North 87 degrees 36
minutea 50 seconds East, 94.22 feet to the westerly boundary of the Incorporated Village of
Grecnport;
THENCE along said westerly boundary, South 02 degrees 10 minutes I0 seconds West,

deed from Rory Klinge dated 4/15/99 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on

the puny of thc first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trnsl fund to be applied firsl for the purpose of paying the
cost of thc improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of ibc total ofthe same for any other puq~osc.
