paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release undo the party of the second part, the heirs

Subdivision Map, part of the Estate of Thomas F. Price, Sr. , which map is
I j made by Otto W. Van Tuyl , dated November 29, 1927, and filed in the office
of the clerk of Suffolk County, New York, which lot is bounded on the
north by lot number Fifty nine (59) ; on the east by lots numbered thirty nine
(39) and forty (40) and forty one (41) ; on the south by Maple Street and
on the west by Lot number forty three (43) .
And it is understood and agreed by the parties of the second part that
certain streets shown on the above said subdivision Map and known as
Oak Street, Maple Street, West Street and Seventh Avenue and running
to the property of the Union School District No. 10, on the westerly side
of the Subdivision Map, have been closed at the junction with the
said Union School. District No. 1.0 property and they are DEAD END STREETS.

Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed of ANTHONY PALMA dated the 1st day of November, 1969
d„ and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 6659 of Deeds,
a Page 85 on November 17, 1969.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the intprovetrlent and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvewent before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
