BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first pan by
deed from Elizabeth Davis dated September 10, 1975, and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on Sepiember 11,197:5, in Liber 7907 page 102.
RESERVING. HOWEVER, a legal life estate in the above-described premises with the
buildings and improvements thc. r(~o.n erected., in and to the party of the first part.
THE PARTY OF THE FIRST PART HEREBY RESERVES A SPECIAL POWER OF
APPOINTMENT, exercisable as often as sbe may choose, to change he,' remainderman as
