Such use to be such as in the unrestricted judgment of the Mattituck Park Properties, Inc. , will not unreasonably interfere with the use and enjoyment Of said Sigsbee Park by the owners' of lots on said map. This deed is to extinguish a life estate in Gerald Goehringer by deed dated May 17, 1996 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office at liber 11775 and page 658. Being and Intended To Be The Same, Premises conveyed by Deed date May 17, 1996 recorded 5/28/96 in Liber 11775 p'. 658 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office.
