certaln streets shown on above said sub-d~vls~on map and kno~ as Oak

of said sub-division map, have been closed at the junction wl~h the
said Unlon 5chool District ~o. 10 property and they a~e Dead End
Streets.
Being and .intended to be the same premises conveyed to ~thony Fiore
and Pearl Fiore, his wife, by deed recorded in Liber 3157 cp. 560.
This is a correction deed given to include a life estate to the party
of ~he second part but which was inadvertently omitted from deed dated
April 26, 1984 between Pearl Fiore as party of the first part, and
Antoinette Berkoski and Rita Marie Grigonis as party of the second part
and which deed was recorded in Liber 9556 page 445, it bein~ the inten-
tion of the parties hereto that P~arl Fiore shall'have a life estate -
durin~ her natural life in and to the'above2d~Sc~b~d-prem~ses.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first l~rt in and to any streets and
toads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenanc~
and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part in and to said prenfises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or succe~rs and ~ssigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the fir~ part, in compliance ,vith Section 13 of the Lien Law, hereby cover, ants that the party
of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and vdll hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for 'die pm/x~se of pa)ing tl-,e cost of t?,e improvement and ,,'ill apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the sane [or
