Location: This site is located on the west side of Hobart Avenue, approximately
1,059 feet north from Terry Lane, Southold.
Description: This is a standard subdivision to subdivide 95,846 sq. ft. into two lots
where Lot One is 41,280 sq. ft. and Lot Two is 54,566 sq. ft. in the R-40
Zoning District.
Status: Submitted for review 11/3/08; had a pre-submission conference with the
applicant on 11/17/08.
Action: Based on preliminary review of the subdivision plan and aerial
photographs, it is anticipated that a permit will be required through the
Board of Trustees but first the location of wetlands on site will need to be
confirmed to determine lot yield for the subdivision. Consider asking
Natural Resources staff for wetlands verification.
