erected, situate, lying and being at Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, being more particularly bounded and described aa follows;
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Old North Road distant 656.68 l'~et
northerly from the intersection of the Southeasterly side of Old North Road and the Easterly side
of Horton's Lane;
RUNNING THENCE North 22 degrees 00 minutes 38 seconds East along the Southeasterly
side of Old North Road, a distance of 231.75 feet to land now or formerly of William Hnmen;
RUNNING THENCE along said land and land now or formerly Mnthew Campbell South 63
degrees 07 minutes 22 seconds East, a distance of 275.80 feet to a point;
THENCE South 61 degrees i I minutes 38 seconds West, a distance of 337.33 feet to land
now or formerly of Chester Dickerson;
THENCE along said land now or formerly of Chester Dickerson North 27 degrees 16 minutes
22 seconds Wast, a distance of 81.32 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated 8/16/01, recorded 10/17/01 in Liber 12147, Page 474.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, ofthe party ofthe first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting thc above described premises to the center lines thereof,

improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
