SUFFOLK COUNTY NATIONAL BANK IN THE PRINCIPAL SUM OF $200,000.00 DATED
AUGUST 9, 2001 RECORDED IN THE SUFFOLK COUNTY CLERK'S OFFICE ON
SEPTEMBER 4, 2001 IN LIBER 19929 AT PAGE 164. THE BALANCE DUE AND OWING AS OF
THE DATE HEREIN IS
