THIS INDENTURE, made the 22nd day of November, 2005, between MICHAEl-
KELLY, as Power of Attorney for THOMAS P. BOYLE, at 4210 N.E. 27'h
Avenue, Lighthouse PT, Florida, piny of the first part, and DREAMLAND BUILDER. S, INC.
residing at 1592 Osbourne Avenue, Riverhead, New York, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of thc first pan, in consideration often Dollars and other
valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and aasi~s of the party of the second paix
forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being at Southold
in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Suite of New York, bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of North Sea Drive distant 1,383.48
feet eastwlm:lly from the corner formed by the intersection of said southerly side
of North Sea Drive with the easterly side of Kennedy's Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 50 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East 506.23feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 32 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds East 100.82 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 50 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds West 293.43 feet
to the southerly side of North Sea Drive;
RUNNING THENCE South 39 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West along said southerly
side of North Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of North Sea Drive distaht
1,383.48 feet eastwardly from the comer formed by the Intersection of said
southerly side of North Sea Drive with the easterly side of Kenney'$ Road;
running thence South 50 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East 306.23 feet;
running thence North 32 degrees. 06 minutes 30 seconds East 100.82 feet:,
running thence North 50 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds West 293.43 feet to the
southerly side of North Sea Drive; running thence South 39 degrees 24 mintues.

AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants
that the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose. The word
'party" shall be construed as if it read "pazties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
