THIS INDENTURE, made the day oflammy in the year, P&&Wh%w" BETWEEN CONNIE KLAPPER, residing at 500 South Ocean Boulevard, #11011, Boca Raton, Florida 33432, as Trustee of the, MURRAY KLAPPER CREDIT SHELTER TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 13, 1997, party of the first part, and JON C. KERBS and JANIS E. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed from Connie Mapper as Successor Trustee of the Murray Mapper Revocable Trust Agreement dated February 13, 1997, bearing even date herewith.
