THIS INDENTURE, made this 5th day of December, two thousand and one

LESLIE KANES WEISMAN and SHARRON C. GOOD,
residing at 10720 Soundview Avenue, Southold, NY 11971
as surviving joint tenants with rights of survivorship with CONSTANCE A. MURRAY, deceased December 28,
1994 (Suffolk County Surrogate's file # 664P95)
party of the first part, and
LESLIE KANES WEISMAN, as tenant-in-common as to
an undivided one-half interest, and SHARRON C. GOOD,
as tenant-in-common as to an undivided one-half interest,
residing at 10720 Soundview Avenue, Southold, NY 11971
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being at Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set at the intersection of the northeasterly line of Hickory Road with the
southeasterly line of Sound View Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE along said southeasterly line of Sound View Avenue, North 27 degrees 12 minutes 10 seconds
East, 134.99 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Fischer Estate, South 52 degrees 42 minutes 10 seconds East, 169.16 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Broach South 42 degrees 15 minutes 40 seconds West 145.00 feet to said
northeasterly line of Hickory Road;
THENCE along said northeasterly line of Hickory Road, North 47 degrees 44 minutes 20 seconds West 133.45 feet to
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises described in the deed of the parties of the first pan herein by deed
from WILLIAM O. WILLIAMS, dated 6/13/85, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 7/10/85, in Liber
9827, Page 315.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to
be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
cost of improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
