the party of the second part. does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and

said lot being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Sound View Road where the same is
intersected by the division line between Lots 27 and 28; said point or place of beginning being
at the nodh east corner of premises herein to be described;
RUNNING THENCE from said point or place of beginning along said division line, South 11
degrees 30 minutes West 125.00 feet to the division line between Lots 27 and 74;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line and the division line between Lots 27 and 75;
South 89 degrees 30 minutes West 102.23 feet to the division line between Lots 26 and 27;
RUNNING THENCE along said division line, North 11 degrees 30 minutes East 146.26 feet to
the southerly side of Sound View Road and;
THENCE along the southerly side of Sound View Road, South 78 degrees 30 minutes East
100.0 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by
deed dated 5/11/2000 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on 5~24~2000 in
Liber 12044 at Page 544.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any. of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and rights o1' the party of the lirst part in and to said premise,;: TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the firsl part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have beeu encumbered in any way whalever, except as atbresaid.
AND the parry'bt' Ihe first part, in cornpiiance with Section 13 of the Lien Law. covenants that the parly of Ihe
first parl wiD receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund lo be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of thc same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
