PARCEL THREE: ALL thRt tract or parcol of lnnd situate, lying and being
at out o , in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of Now
York, bounded Northerly partly by land now or formorly of Arthur We Hahn, Jr
and partly by land formerly of Benedict Fischer (now of Margaret D. Fischer
Estate) and partly by land formorly of G. R. Jonnings (now of Henry Jonnings)
Eastorly and Southerly by land formerly of G. R. Jennings (now of F.onry
Jennings); and Westerly partly by land formerly of James M. Grattan (PARCELS
ONE and TWO heroin); and partly by land of Mary E.. Rages who formorly
purchased from Helen Conway two lots consisting of .16 acro and .32 acro.
The aforesaid promises aro intended to be a portion of the same promises
convoyed by Jonathan H. Boissoau, widower, John He Boissoau, a single mans
and Ema C. Boissoau to James IT. Grattan by dead dated January 25, 1919,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clork's Office on February 17, 1919, in
Libor 975 of Doode at page 38, said promises being more particularly dos-
cribed in said do ad as (allows: Also a Tract or Parcel of land lying
northwesterly from the village of Southold in the Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk and State of Now York, north of the North Road and between
Horton's Lane and Kennet's Road bounded northerly by land of Gilbert He
Torry; easterly by land of George R. Jennings; southerly by lend of Henry
Jennings; and westerly by land of Samuol L. Bonnett, supposed to contain
about throe acres be the samo more or loss, and intended to be the fifth
parcol of land described in a dead from David Philandr Horton and wife and
Grande. Me Horton, to the said Jonathan f[. Boissoau bearing data the 18th
da of April, 1892 and recorded in Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Libor
366 of Deeds at page 297, on April 19, 1892.
This convoyance does not contain any right of way, the solo access to said
PARCEL THREE-boing and intended to be over and across PARCEL ON}; and PARCEL
TWO heroin to and from Hickory Road.
