BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of Bray Avenue 129.38 feet northerly
along said line from land now or formerly of Moorehead; running thence along said
easterly line of Bray Avenue N. 20 degrees 46' 50" W. 50 feet; thence at right
angles to said easterly line of Bray Avenue, N. 69 degrees 13' 10" E. 125.0 feet
to the westerly line of a 20 foot right of way; thence along said westerly line
of said 20 foot right pf way, S. 20 degrees 46' 50" E. 50 feet; thence at right
angles to said easterly line of Bray Avenue, S. 69 degrees 13' 10" W. 125.0 feet
to the point of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way over said 20 foot right of way from the south-
easterly corner of the premises herein described northerly 200 feet to the southerly
line of Wells Road.
