THIS INDENTURE, made the 1140 ,day of nineteen hundred and ninety-nine

common each having an undivided one-third interest,
party of the first part, and

party of the second part.
WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the
second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot,piece or paircel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate,lying and being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of the Main Road(S.R. 25)distant Easterly 204.39 feet as
measured along same from the intersection of the Easterly side of Pacific Avenue with the Northerly side
of Main Road(S.R. 25)said point also being the Easterly line of land now or formerly of Homan Realty,
Inc.
RUNNING THENCE along said lands now or formerly of Himan Realty, Inc.,North 36 degrees 10
minutes i 1 seconds West 174.04 feet to land now or formerly of Dorothy Devito:
RUNNING THENCE along lands North 55 degrees 40 minutes 20 seconds East 48.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 62 degrees 46 minutes 55 seconds East 59.77 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 29 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 18.22 feet;
RUNINNG THENCE South 44 degrees 12 minutes 30 seconds East 83.54 feet to the Northerly side of
Main Road(S.R. 25);
RUNNING THENCE Westerly along the Northerly side of Main Road(S.R. 25)along the arc of a curve
having a radius of 847.00 feet a distance of 20.50 Int;
RUNNING THENCE still along the Northerly side of Main Road(S.R. 25) South 42 degrees 20 minutes
10 seconds West 65.64-f>rct to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the party of the second part by
deed dated July 15, 1985 and recorded int OF Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on August 7, 1985
under liber 9846 at page 288.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the
appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;TO HAVE
AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, iin compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the sante for any other purpose.
The word"party' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first
above written.
