paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, at Laurel, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows :

Brooklyn; running thence southwesterly along the northerly side of Peconic

Edmund J. Bellis; running thence, along property of said Bellis North 200
42 ' 30" West 228 .25 feet to the true point of BEGINNING; running thence
still along property of said Bellis North 200 42 ' 30" West 173 .25 feet to
property of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn; running thence along
said property North 400 31 ' East 60 .69 feet to further property of the
Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn; running thence along said property
South 200 56 ' East 202 .46 feet to a point; running thence South 690 17 ' 30"
West 53 .97 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH an easement or right of way for ingress or egress over
the following described parcel of land:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Peconic Bay Boulevard
bounded on the west by property now or formerly of Jesse I . Kahn and
another; running thence easterly 25 feet along the southerly side of
Peconic Bay Boulevard to property of John Hinch; thence southerly to
Peconic Bay.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by deed dated March 18, 1975 and recorded in the
TAX MAP Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on March 20, 1975 in Liber 7813 Page 57.
DESIGNATION
Do. 1000 TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
Sec. 126.00 and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
