We are writing to you to request a Pre-Submission Conference
Regarding our property, 1000-138-1-17. We have owned this property for
the past fourteen years and our residence is diagonally across the street.
We respectfully request permission to construct a 3' wide, approx. 30' long
pier, with stainless steel screw anchor piles and a wooden deck., with an
8' by 3' floating dock and gangway, to be anchored by stainless steel screw
anchor piles. Please feel free to contact us ~ 734-4129 regarding any
questions or concerns you may have regarding our request.
