Ingegno Land Surveyor last dated September 19, 2006, that was submitted for a jurisdictional determination. A site inspection was conducted on January 9, 2007 to verify the location of the wetlands. The proposed renovations to the existing building will require an administrative permit from the Board of Trustees. Our office measured the existing buildings to be 30' from the Phragmites and 50' from the tidal wetland Spartina patens marsh. The submitted survey does not accurately reflect this finding. These buildings are within the jurisdiction of the Board of Trustees. Please contact this office with any further questions.
