be advised that Dr. Brian Smith has withdrawn the application
due to the fact that a conference was held with the Town
Attorney regarding side yards and rear yards and Dr. Smith
does not require a variance.

Supervisor payable to the order of Swim King Pools, Inc. to
refund the filing fee for this application.
