(hereinafter referred to as "Grantors"), and George Protonentis & Stavroula Protonentis, his wife,

as "Grantees").
WITNESSETH, that Grantors, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other
valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency qf which hereby are acknowledged, do hereby
grant and release unto Grantees, as tenants by the entirety, and their heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns forever,

Land Surveyors, Greenport, N.Y., dated July 1, 1963 and filed in the Office of the County
Clerk of Suffolk County, New York, on August 29, 1963, as Map No. 3853.
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Tarpon Drive distant 150.00 feet easterly
from the comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Tarpon Drive and the
easterly side of Main Road;
RUNNING THENCE north 26 degrees 07 minutes 30 seconds east, 175.00 feet to a
point;
