BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Wood Lane distant along said line 100 feet from a concrete
monument marking the northeasterly corner of land now or formerly of Charles Bumble and the point formed
by the intersection of the said westerly line of Wood Lane with the southerly line of Hanhanset Avenue, and
from said point of beginning running thence South 2 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds West, 50 feet;
THENCE North 87 degrees 5 minutes West, ~-00 feet;
THENCE North 2 degrees 55 minutes 00 seconds East, 50 feet;
THENCE South 87 degrees S minutes 00 seconds East, 100 feet to the westerly line of said Wood Lane and
the point or place of BEG]iNNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first party by deecl dated Hay
28, :1968 and recorded on May 29, 1968 in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 6354, page
567.
PARCEL TT:
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being near the Village of Greenport. Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of a public highway known as Wood Lane, where same is
intersected by the southerly line of land now or formerly of Bumble;
RUNNING THENCE along land last mentioned, North 87 degrees 5 minutes 00 seconds West, 100 feet;
RUNNING THENCE in a general southerly direction and parallel to the westerly line of Wood Lane, a distance
of 50 feet;
RUNNING THENCE in a general easterly direction and parallel to the first course hereinabove described, a
distance of 100 feet to the westerly line of Wood Lane;
RUNNING THENCE in a general northerly direction along the westerly line of Wood Lane, 50 feet 1:o the point
or place of BEGINNING.
BE]NG AND iNTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
December 23, 1960 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the ,County of Suffolk on January 6, 1961 in
Liber 493:[, page 429.
SUB.]ECT TO the life estate of Lawrence A. Laveglia in the premises.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of Ihe Lien Law. covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will aFply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when ever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
